Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their renovation requirements and design preferences.
- Develop creative floor plans, 3D visualizations, and mood boards that align with client visions.
- Conduct site visits to measure spaces and assess structural feasibility.
- Provide expert advice on material selection, color palettes, and furniture procurement.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to project closing and contract signing.
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers to ensure design integrity throughout the renovation phase.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
