Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements.
- Develop creative space planning, 3D visualizations, and mood boards that align with client visions.
- Conduct site visits to perform accurate measurements and site analysis.
- Provide end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Drive sales conversions through expert design advice and persuasive communication.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and our internal support team to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or a related sales-driven design role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or 3ds Max.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial interior design projects.
- Proven track record in sales performance and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term client relationships.
