Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints
- Develop and present comprehensive interior design solutions including space planning, material selection, and 3D visualizations
- Generate sales by proposing design packages, furniture, and accessories to meet client needs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and project timelines for client approval
- Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are executed according to specifications
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design with proven sales track record
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design concepts and sales achievements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid Malaysian driving license with own transportation for client visits
