Tanggung Jawab
- Create and draft innovative interior design concepts using 3D rendering software
- Develop detailed design proposals and material specifications for client presentations
- Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, preferences, and budget constraints
- Present design solutions effectively to secure sales and project approvals
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry best practices
- Prepare accurate quotations and manage client expectations throughout the sales process
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design with sales focus
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and sales outcomes
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of materials, furniture, and finishes in Singapore market
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
