Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop innovative interior design solutions that align with client needs and sales objectives
- Create detailed 2D/3D layouts, material specifications, and cost estimates
- Present design concepts professionally to secure client approvals and close sales
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and industry best practices
- Maintain client relationships post-project to drive repeat business and referrals
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in sales-focused interior design or design consulting
- Fluency in Mandarin and English for effective client communication
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and sales achievements
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
