Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team in identifying and prospecting potential new clients within the marine and maritime sectors.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for international clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Manage and update the CRM database to ensure accurate client information and sales tracking.
- Assist in coordinating communication between clients, logistics partners, and internal departments.
- Participate in team meetings to provide insights and contribute to ongoing sales campaigns.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the sales department.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the marine industry and international trade operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
