Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Analyze sales performance data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new sales technologies and automate workflows seamlessly.
- Provide technical training and ongoing support to sales representatives regarding software usage and tool capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for sales tech stacks and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues that may impact sales operations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales technology utilization and efficiency metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Sales Tech stacks, specifically CRM platforms and sales intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SQL or scripting languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
