Allure Alluminio is looking for a dedicated Sales Jakarta (Ass Sales) professional to drive our growth in the competitive building materials and construction sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project sales, developing new business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and possesses a keen understanding of the construction industry.
What you will do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and renovation market.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present product catalogs and technical solutions to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the construction and building materials industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present product demonstrations and technical proposals to clients.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project sales, building materials, construction, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the construction and architectural industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
