- Engage customers with personalized consultations on pearl jewelry selections
- Create compelling content (social media, product descriptions, visual merchandising)

- Support brand expansion initiatives in Supermall Surabaya location
- Develop deep expertise in pearl quality, craftsmanship, and market trends
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance store appeal and product presentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in jewelry or luxury retail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
