- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key Horeca and B2B accounts in Jakarta
- Exceed sales targets through proactive account planning and execution
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze sales data and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders
- Represent Delifru at industry events and trade shows to build brand presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management
- Proven track record in Horeca sector (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's market dynamics and key players
