  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans for key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and nurture high-value relationships with top-tier retail partners and distributors.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of account representatives to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate complex contracts, trade terms, and pricing strategies to optimize profit margins.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and supply chain performance to prevent stock-outs and optimize assortment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Retail Management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts within the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine retail landscape and consumer preferences.
