As a Key Account Trainee, you will report directly to the Sales Director and work in close collaboration with diverse functions, including Brand Management and Supply Operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies for assigned key accounts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Management and Supply Operations, to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
- Support the Sales Director in client meetings, negotiations, and relationship building.
- Manage inventory levels and distribution logistics for specific market segments.
- Identify and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and Malay (or strong proficiency in both languages).
- Passion for consumer goods and a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
