Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sales operations and customer transactions efficiently
- Coordinate between front-of-house staff and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment processes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance metrics
- Support staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with management to identify sales improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, POS systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capability
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
