Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets are exceeded.
- Develop and implement actionable sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with marketing and product development strategies.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of modern sales techniques, CRM software, and performance management tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
