- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales efforts with broader brand objectives.
- Train new sales representatives on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or a senior sales role within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
