- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with R1/R2 retailers, government agencies, and Grade A farmers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in Kalimantan Selatan
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics for leadership
- Represent Gokomodo at industry events and stakeholder meetings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail/consumer products or agriculture sector
- Proven track record in government relations and B2B partnership management
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure win-win agreements
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan Selatan market dynamics and stakeholder networks
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
