- Conduct outbound calls to leads from the company database to determine interest and suitability
- Qualify prospects using structured frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar)
- Document detailed interaction notes and lead status in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales team to hand off qualified leads with complete information
- Meet daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets
- Continuously refine communication scripts and qualification questions
- Track lead conversion metrics and provide feedback for process improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong ability to ask probing questions and identify pain points
