Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets for kitchen equipment lines.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitality, food service, and institutional clients.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably in kitchen equipment, food service, or related industry.
  • Business fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) to communicate with Japanese clients and partners.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Regional travel flexibility.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
