You'll optimize our CRM systems to track sales pipelines, enhance customer engagement, and maximize conversion rates while managing end-to-end rental booking processes. Additionally, you'll identify and onboard new property owners by showcasing our premium property management services and demonstrating ROI through proven market analytics.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in villa management sector
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through digital marketing, partnerships, and direct outreach
- Optimize CRM systems to track sales metrics and enhance customer relationship management
- Manage full rental booking lifecycle from inquiry to contract execution
- Acquire new property owners through personalized consultations and ROI-focused proposals
- Analyze market trends to adjust pricing strategies and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in sales role with proven track record in property management or tourism
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Bali's luxury villa market and tourism ecosystem
- Data-driven approach to sales forecasting and performance analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
