Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth in the Retail sector.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to maximize individual and collective performance targets.
- Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions to improve results.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership within the Retail or Consumer Products industry.
- Strong proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to build, lead, and motivate diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
