We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Leasing Executive to join the dynamic team at Mavenside Consulting. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the sales and leasing of our premium service office spaces, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective clients. You will leverage your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service in a supportive, 5-day work week environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound leads to sell serviced office packages effectively.
- Conduct virtual and physical property tours to showcase our facilities.
- Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective tenants.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance against KPIs, and forecast revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and service issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or real estate.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Valid Work Pass (S-Pass/EP) is required for this position.
