Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and enhance sales performance in Modern Trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and store managers
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product visibility and promotional execution
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns
- Provide detailed sales reports and actionable insights to management
- Train and coach junior sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong passion for sales and retail with customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proactive problem-solving ability and results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours in retail environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of FMCG industry and Modern Trade operations preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in team settings
