Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned Modern Trade accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and store managers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure seamless product distribution and merchandising execution at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective in-store trade promotions.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide insights for business forecasting.
- Participate in management training workshops and cross-functional company projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of sales experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field across the Tangerang area.
- Highly adaptable and eager to learn in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.
