Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for rooms, banquets, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Oversee CRM implementation and ensure data-driven sales processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years progressive sales experience in luxury hotel/resort environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in target-driven, fast-paced hospitality setting
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
