Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve peak performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management to track progress and adjust goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or a senior sales role.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing and coaching teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Kuching region when required.
