Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve peak performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management to track progress and adjust goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or a senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing and coaching teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Kuching region when required.
