Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Kuala Lumpur sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop strategic sales plans for HORECA and Wholesaler market segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed sales performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and negotiation techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in F&B/HORECA sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Strong understanding of Malaysian HORECA and wholesale distribution channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies
- Must be Malaysian citizen or hold valid work permit
