- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, OEM partners, and strategic clients
- Identify new business opportunities in the material handling and forklift solutions market
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in industrial or material handling equipment
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of forklift solutions, OEM partnerships, and key account management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
