You'll collaborate with department heads including Housekeeping, Security, and Restaurant Management to ensure seamless service delivery while exceeding revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all hospitality verticals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team including CDP, Commis, and sales support staff
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Security, and Restaurant Management teams to ensure service excellence
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Manage sales budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in hospitality/tourism with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in luxury or boutique settings
- Expert knowledge of Bali's tourism market and distribution channels
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural relationship management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages considered asset
