Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all hospitality verticals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team including CDP, Commis, and sales support staff
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Security, and Restaurant Management teams to ensure service excellence
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
  • Manage sales budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in hospitality/tourism with 2+ years in leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in luxury or boutique settings
  • Expert knowledge of Bali's tourism market and distribution channels
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural relationship management
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages considered asset
