Hong Guan Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Penang region. As a pivotal member of our team, you will bridge the gap between our innovative technology solutions and our diverse client base. This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical insight to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales cycle, mentoring junior staff, and developing high-impact strategies to penetrate new markets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales & Service Engineers to maximize individual and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial and technology sectors.
- Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the technical service team to ensure seamless customer support and after-sales service.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the technology or industrial sector.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex product specifications.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Penang and neighboring regions.
