Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize performance and conversion rates.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing value propositions and product benefits.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts to management.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement effective customer acquisition strategies within the Central Region.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to stay ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years of solid experience in direct sales or home demonstration roles.
- Proven track record in selling home appliances, water filtration systems, cleaning equipment, or lifestyle products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.

- Ability to travel within the Central Region as required by business operations.
