- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Microsoft partnership objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in digital advertising sector
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular strategic reports to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in digital advertising or tech sector
- Strong expertise in client relationship management and strategic account planning
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem and Microsoft technologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, partnership-driven environments
