Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the logistics division.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, conducting regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the logistics and manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and service quality for clients.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis for senior management review.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in the logistics, transport, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market intelligence.
  • Experience in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed within Metro Manila and nearby regions.
