Mid Solutions Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives and lead a high-performing team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and establishing long-term relationships with key clients. We are looking for a leader who can not only exceed sales targets but also inspire and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve their best.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from strategic planning and execution to team management and performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and contribute to the overall success of Mid Solutions Nusantara.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive team productivity and individual growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field, preferably in the [Industry Name] sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
