Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive customer acquisition.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high achievement within the sales department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English proficiency is required).
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
