Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the biotechnology sector
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to maximize productivity and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including research institutions and biotech companies
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product launches
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Represent SPD Scientific at industry conferences and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in scientific or technology sectors
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Deep understanding of biotech laboratory products, services, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
