As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners in the maritime and offshore sectors. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle to ensure we continue to deliver world-class safety solutions to our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the offshore and marine sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ship owners, and maritime operators.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure product solutions meet specific client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably within the marine, offshore, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into value-driven sales propositions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required to support business growth.
