Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable to industry)
