Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with C-level executives
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
