The primary focus of this position is to drive business primarily through new account acquisition and market expansion.

As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze market trends, and lead the sales team towards success. You will act as a key liaison between the company and our clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market to expand the client portfolio.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Mentor and train junior sales representatives to enhance team performance and professional development.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management or senior sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin (preferred for local market context).
