- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve branch and company-wide revenue goals.
- Manage the complete cycle of loan releases, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead client acquisition efforts by prospecting new leads, building referral networks, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and career growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and financial projections for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) as a Sales Manager or similar role in the financial services, banking, or lending industry.
- Strong understanding of loan processing, credit risk assessment, and lending regulations in the Philippines.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Must be willing to work in Batangas City and conduct field visits as needed.
