Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team through performance coaching and skill development
- Manage showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and product presentations
- Oversee customer relationship management, including retention strategies and satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate with external business partners and suppliers to optimize inventory and promotions
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Implement sales processes and KPIs to monitor team performance and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years in sales management, preferably in retail or home improvement sector
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and team leadership
- Strong expertise in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
- Knowledge of surface materials industry is highly desirable
