  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for SANY heavy equipment across the Malaysian market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong, long-term relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners across the construction, infrastructure, and mining industries.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and comprehensive post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns, product launches, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Kualifikasi
