Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals through performance coaching and skill development
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research and strategic networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and retention
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in BPO or outsourcing industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and team performance goals
- Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and motivating sales teams
- Expertise in CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine BPO market and international client acquisition strategies
