Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for hotels in Manila and Cebu.
- Identify, acquire, and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to drive steady business flow.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
- Coordinate closely with the hotel management team to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and events.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Represent the Crown Regency brand at industry trade shows, networking events, and business meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
