Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize hotel occupancy.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities from corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
  • Conduct property site inspections and host client events to showcase the resort's offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with corporate accounts and event planners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and digital outreach initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or villa).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
