In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base and ensuring every eventâfrom corporate seminars to private celebrationsâexceeds expectations. Your expertise in prospecting, closing, and relationship management will fuel repeat business and solidify our reputation for seamless, memorable gatherings.

Your day-to-day involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting site tours, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a pipeline of loyal clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and acquire new corporate and social clients for event bookings
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure flawless execution of meetings, seminars, and gatherings
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs
- Conduct site tours and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in hospitality, events, or a similar industry
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Quezon City and Metro Manila market
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
