Citrawijaya Ekamandiri is a distinguished property company specializing in the marketing of commercial and subsidized housing in Tangerang Regency, Banten. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business expansion in the region.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals. You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure that our projects meet their revenue targets. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the real estate industry and capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to maximize market share in Tangerang Regency.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches effectively.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on campaigns, product launches, and branding.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and report on progress.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role within the real estate or property development industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a contract or commission-based environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) and the ability to travel frequently within the Banten and Tangerang areas.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and property management systems.
- Fluent in Indonesian (both oral and written) with a professional demeanor.
