Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with the annual marketing plan to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding current account portfolios.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, site inspections, and contract negotiations with key clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance reviews for executive leadership.
- Represent Accor at industry trade shows, networking events, and client entertainment functions to build brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or a related commercial sector in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of the local hospitality market, including corporate, MICE, and travel trade segments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and revenue management systems.
- High level of professional integrity and a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
