Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling packages
- Conduct competitor analysis to refine positioning and pricing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in hospitality/tourism
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of Bali's tourism market and corporate landscape
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
