- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated corporate market segment.
- Manage and retain a portfolio of high-value corporate accounts through exceptional service.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff to improve performance and drive team success.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a focus on corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team effectively.
- Valid real estate license (e.g., RPS) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
